APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made online, by email, through text or calling.


DEPOSITS

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a service with us. All services are required a $50 deposit of original service. (lash training deposits may vary)

REFUNDS

We are unable to process refunds on deposits and completed services. If you’re experiencing premature shedding with in 72 hours after your lash appointment we will be happy to provide a complimentary mini infill. Be sure to contact us via email or call us in order to schedule your mini infill appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you’re running a little late, please update us with an estimated time of arrival. Also, there will be a fee and keep in mind that due to lateness, your lash service will not be able to exceed the allotted time.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand unexpected situations happen in life but if you’re unable to make it to your appointment be sure to contact us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to. Appointments that’s are cancelled after the 48 hour mark will be charged 100% of original service fee.

RESCHEDULING

If you may need to reschedule your appointment, its best if you do so at least 72 prior to your scheduled appointment. If you decide to reschedule after 48 mark be sure to contact us to discuss rescheduling your appointment. If we decide to go forward with rescheduling appointment, it will only be valid for (1) one time and must be within (1) one month of original service date.

NO SHOWS

We value your time, therefore we advise you to please be sure to contact us if you’re not able to make the appointment otherwise there will be a no call no show penalty charge of 100% service fee and you will not be serviced in the future.


EXTRA GUEST

During your appointment your eyes are to be closed the entire service therefore you will not be able to attend to children, pets or friends. We ask you to take this time out to relax.

EMAIL REMINDERS

We ask for all new clients to view confirmation email & completely fill out the client information and wavier forms attached.

PAYMENT METHOD

Cash + all major credit or debit cards are accepted.

BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT

Please arrive to your lash appointment with clean lashes, absolutely no makeup. If you are to arrive with makeup we will have to clean your lashes which will take away time from your appointment. If we are not able completely clean your previously applied lashes, removal and new set is required. 

LASH INFILLS

Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks since your last appointment. All touch up appointments require at least 50% lash retention. If not, please book and appointment for a fresh set of eyelash extensions. Infills are based on retention, book accordingly. After 3 weeks, there will be an addition fee.

+Classics infills are recommended every 2 weeks

+Volume & Mega Volume infills are recommended every 3 weeks

FOREIGN LASH INFILLS

We no longer complete infill services on work that was not provided by Luxurious Blink due to our application methods being different. Also we are mindful for risks of mixing products and materials.
